
I started Yoga last night and will continue doing yoga every Wed night.
It was hard, but felt good and I feel so much better physically today.
Some of the poses were really hard! doesn't help i have a fused back, but the class is free and people of all ages and abilities so you just do what you can. Tye got so relaxed at the very end he fell asleep..hehehe. It was very relaxing I do have to say.
Pretty sweet. Hopefully yoga will help me feel a little more balanced in life and more limber.
